Returns & Exchange Policy – DUSQ

At DUSQ, every piece is crafted with care — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Our return process is simple and transparent.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your product for a different size of the same style (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size is not available, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.


Return & Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Return Process

  1. Email us at support@thedusq.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  3. We’ll arrange a pickup via our courier partner (in serviceable areas).

  4. Pack the product securely with all tags intact.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items purchased under final sale, discounts, or limited drops (unless defective)

  • Customised or embroidered-to-order pieces
